Ruth is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), has a MSc in Human Resource Leadership and is a qualified Coach and Mentor.

Ruth is a published author, Managing Director of her own Executive Coaching and Consultancy business as well as a Coach with TLC Lions and an Executive Coach with Kenroi Diversity Consulting where she was part of the 2022/23 Global Award for Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy.
